Ômami is a growing concept in Asian street food that has taken the Swedish restaurant scene by storm! We combine genuine flavors with a modern twist and have established ourselves as a natural choice for both take-out and dining experiences.

At our restaurant in Brämhult, we are now looking for a kitchen assistant who wants to be part of our dynamic team and help make Ômami a favorite for all food lovers!

The Role

As a kitchen assistant with us, you are an important part of the team and the daily operations in the kitchen. You will work with high-quality cooking, prepare ingredients, and ensure that our guests have fantastic taste experiences. We value teamwork and a fast-paced environment where everyone helps to create a positive and inspiring workplace.

Experience working in a kitchen is a requirement – but we will also teach you the parts you might be missing on-site! With the right attitude and a love for cooking, you will go far with us.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our concept and recipes
• Ensure that the food maintains high quality and is delivered on time
• Contribute to ensuring that the kitchen's hygiene and safety requirements are met
• Work together with the team to create smooth and efficient service

We believe that you:

• Have a genuine interest in cooking and a desire to develop
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks at once
• Are a team player who spreads positive energy and contributes to a good atmosphere in the kitchen
• Have an interest in Asian flavors – this is a plus but not a requirement
